How can I enroll in Cousins Club?

Do I get anything for signing up?

Yes! New members receive a free 7 ½" sub after their first purchase of a  7 ½" sub, Sub in a Bowl or 15" sub. Your reward will be sent 2 hours after your first qualifying check-in.

Do I need a smartphone to be a Cousins Club member?

No, a smartphone isn't required. You can here to sign up or log in to use the Rewards program online. Please add a phone number (not necessarily a cell phone #) to your account so you can provide it when ordering at our restaurants.

Can I refer friends and family to Cousins Club? 

Yes! We have a referral program where you can invite friends and family members to join Cousins Club. When your family or friend complete their registration and make their first qualifying purchase, you receive a special reward. Check your app for referral details and to send invitations. Navigate to the “More” tab in the app and look for the “Invite Friends" option to send your referral.

Am I a Cousins Club Member if I had an eClub Account? 

No, Cousins Club is separate from eClub. If you're unsure if you have a Cousins Club account, try logging in with your email and click 'Forgot Password'. If your email address isn't recognized, you'll need to create a Cousins Club account.


Earning Points


How do I earn Cousins Club rewards? 

With any qualifying restaurant purchase online or in-store, you earn one point for every $1 spent (pre-tax). Once you accumulate enough points, you'll unlock a reward which can be redeemed with any subsequent purchase.

What rewards can I earn and how many points do I need? 

Here's our current reward structure:

  • 25 points = Free Cookie 
  • 50 points = Free Chips, Regular Fries or Regular Drink 
  • 75 points = Free Large Fountain Drink, Large Fries or Small Shake
  • 100 points = Free Cup of Soup or Mac, Regular Curds, Regular Shake or $10 Swag Gift Card
  • 125 points = Free 7 ½" Sub (no double portions), Sub in a Bowl or Large Cheese Curds
  • 250 points = Free 15" Sub (no double portions) 
  • 500 points = 12-piece Party Box or $25 Swag Gift Card 
  • 750 points = 20-piece Party Box 
  • 2,500 points = Party for 20 + $50 Swag Gift Card (2 20-piece Party Boxes, 2 Party Chips, 2 Dozen Cookies) 

Can I use my points for discounts instead of free items? 

Yes! From time to time, we may offer the opportunity to trade your points for discounts on your order. These special offers vary and may change, so check the Cousins Subs app or your email for the latest ways to redeem your points.

How do I earn points when ordering? 

  • In-store: Inform the cashier that you're a Cousins Club member. You'll be prompted to scan the barcode in your app (navigate to 'Scan' tab) or provide your registered phone number. 
  • Online: Points are automatically added when you're logged into your Cousins Club account during checkout. Please allow a few minutes after completing an online order for points to appear in your account. 

I didn't have the Cousins Subs app with me when I made a purchase. Can I still earn points?

Yes! Save your receipt. Each receipt has a Cousins Subs barcode that can be scanned later to earn points. To scan, navigate to "Scan" and select "Scan Receipt Barcode". You must scan your receipt within 7 days of purchase.

What makes a receipt "valid" for scanning? 

Only receipts from your own purchases are eligible for scanning. 

Valid receipts must also: 

  • Be scanned within 7 days of the purchase date 
  • Be from a qualifying food purchase at Cousins Subs 
  • Have a clear, readable barcode 
  • Not have been previously scanned for points 

My receipt total was higher than the points I received. Why? 

Cousins Club members earn points on all pre-tax sales and not the receipt total, which includes tax.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can receive for an order?

Yes, the maximum number of points you can earn on any one order is 250.

Can I earn points by purchasing Cousins Subs gift cards? 

No, points can only be earned by making food purchases. Gift cards, merchandise, or other non-food items will not count towards rewards.

Can I transfer my points to someone else? 

No, points cannot be transferred between accounts. Each Cousins Club account is individual (cannot be shared by more than one person, even within the same household) and non-transferable.


Managing Rewards


Where can I see how many points I have earned? 

You can view your points balance right on the app home screen, just check the points meter to see how close you are to your next reward. For a detailed look at your point history, tap “More” and then select “Reward History.”

How am I notified when I have a reward available?

We'll notify you via email and in your in-app inbox when you have rewards available to use in your account. To ensure you never miss a reward, we encourage you to enable push notifications in the Cousins Subs app. You’ll get an alert when a new reward is added, and you’ll also stay connected to other exclusive offers.

Do my Cousins Club points and rewards expire? 

Points will expire 12 months after being earned (this policy applies to newly earned points after our program update launch on 11/18/25). Existing point balances will not expire under the new policy. Rewards expire after one year of account inactivity.

In addition to earning points, how else can I get special offers?

By being a valued Cousins Club member. We provide special rewards and offers to our members. Be sure to open our emails and check your app inbox so you don't miss out!

Will I receive anything special on my birthday? 

Yes! As a Cousins Club member, you'll receive a special birthday treat. To qualify, you must have at least one qualified purchase or check-in on your account. Your birthday reward will be sent 7 days before your birthday and will remain valid for 14 days after, giving you 21 days total to redeem it. Check your app or email around your birthday to see what surprise we have for you!


Redeeming Rewards


Ordering Online: 

  1. Log in to your Cousins Club account at cousinssubs.com 
  2. Add your items to your cart 
  3. At checkout, select your available reward 
  4. Complete your order and enjoy your savings! 

Ordering in the App: 

  1. Open the Cousins Subs app and log in 
  2. Add items to your cart 
  3. Tap “Apply a Reward” during checkout 
  4. Select your reward and place your order 

Ordering In-Store: 

  1. Open the Cousins Subs app before you pay 
  2. Navigate to your available rewards 
  3. Select your reward and tap “Redeem” 
  4. Confirm by tapping “Yes” in the pop-up 
  5. Show the cashier the redemption code before paying 

You can also redeem rewards without the app by simply giving the cashier your registered phone number at checkout. 

Can I use my rewards with other coupons or promotions?

No, only one reward or one coupon/promotion/deal can be used per transaction. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated otherwise.

Can I use multiple rewards in quick succession? 

 No, there is a 4-hour waiting period between reward redemptions. Once you redeem a reward, you must wait at least 4 hours before you can redeem another reward.

I want to redeem a swag gift card or the 2,500 point “Catered Party for 20 & $50 Swag Gift Card” reward, what do I do? 

Click "redeem" on the reward, fill out the contact information, and submit. For swag gift card rewards, an online code will be sent to you within 5-7 business days. For the 2,500 point Catered Party reward, we will coordinate fulfillment with you within 7 business days. Questions? Email us at loyalty@cousinssubs.com.

I have multiple rewards. Can I apply them all to one purchase? 

You can only redeem one reward per transaction. Choose the one you want to use and save the others for later visits. Remember, there's a 4-hour waiting period between reward redemptions.

What happens if there's a technical issue when I try to redeem my reward? 

If you experience technical difficulties during redemption, please contact our customer service team immediately through our online form.


Account Management


How do I change my email address or phone number? 

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address or phone number directly in the app. However, our support team can update this information for you on the backend. Please contact us at loyalty@cousinssubs.com or through the “Need Help?” section in the app to request this change.

I cannot sign in to my account on the app or online, what do I do? 

Please contact us through the "Need Help?" section in the app, on our website, or email us at loyalty@cousinssubs.com.

Can I delete my Cousins Club account? 

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting our customer service team. Please email loyalty@cousinssubs.com with your request or navigate to the “Need Help?” section on the app or on our website. Please note that once deleted, all points and rewards will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

What happens to my points and rewards if I delete the app? 

Deleting the app does not affect your Cousins Club account. Your points and rewards remain safe and can be accessed by logging back into the app or through our website.

Why do you ask for my location information? 

We use your location information to locate the Cousins Subs restaurants nearest to you, ensuring your search is quick and easy. Location sharing is optional and can be disabled in your device settings.


Troubleshooting


I made a purchase but didn't receive points. What should I do? 

First, check that you provided your phone number or scanned the app at checkout, or that you were logged into your account for online orders. If you have your receipt, you can scan the barcode within 7 days. If you still don't see your points after 48 hours, contact customer service with your receipt.

My reward disappeared from my account. Where did it go? 

Rewards may disappear if they've expired or if there was account inactivity. Contact loyalty@cousinssubs.com if you believe your reward was removed in error.

I'm having trouble with the app. Who can help? 

For technical app issues, try closing and reopening the app, or uninstalling and reinstalling it. If problems persist, contact our support team.

BY REGISTERING FOR, ACESSING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE COUSINS CLUB PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITIATION, THE ABITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER INCLUDED BELOW, AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS INCLUDE A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AND REQUIRE THAT ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND COUSINS BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE COUSINS CLUB PROGRAM. 

NOTE THAT ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS MUST BE LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS BASIS. CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE USER CANNOT BE LITIGATED JOINTLY OR CONSOLIDATED WITH THOSE OF ANY OTHER USER. 

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Cousins Club  loyalty program (the “Program”) is offered by Cousins Subs (“Cousins”, “we,” “us”, or “our”) at participating Cousins Subs® restaurants in the United States (specifically, Wisconsin and Indiana) and is a voluntary membership program offered by Cousins that allows eligible individuals to earn and redeem loyalty points (“Points”) for rewards, benefits, and promotions at participating locations. By enrolling in the Program, members acknowledge that participation is at their own discretion and subject to Program rules (the “Terms and Conditions”) which may be updated or modified by Cousins at its discretion. These Terms and Conditions govern each member’s participation in the Program and constitute a binding agreement between members and Cousins Subs. By enrolling in the Program, members agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT 

  1. Participation in the Program is open to individuals residing in the United States who have a valid account as described below. You must be at least 13 years of age to participate in the Program. 
  2. To participate in the Program and earn Points and redeem rewards, you must enroll and become a member of the Program (“Member”). 
  3. Enrollment in the Program is free and can be completed through the Cousins Subs® mobile app, at www.cousinssubs.com, or in a Cousins Subs restaurant. 
  4. Upon sign-up, you will be required to provide certain information, including but not limited to your phone number, name, and email address. You agree to provide true and accurate information when enrolling, including a valid email address and phone number to ensure that your information is up to date. 
  5. Only individuals are eligible to participate in the Program. Corporations, groups, and other entities are not eligible to participate.  
  6. There is no fee associated with joining the Program. Participation is personal and non-transferable.  
  7. Each Member may maintain only one (1) Program account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual may be terminated without notice. 
  8. Email addresses and phone numbers may not be changed after registration. 
  9. Cousins reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional documentation. 
  10. New Members will receive a welcome offer of a free 7 ½" sub after completing their first qualified purchase (minimum $10 purchase required). This reward will be delivered to your Program account within four (4) hours after the qualifying check-in. 

EARNING POINTS

  1. Members earn one (1) Point for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying pre-tax food and beverage purchases at participating Cousins Subs locations. 
  2. Points are calculated on the pre-tax subtotal of your purchase and rounded to the nearest whole Point. 
  3. There is a maximum limit of 250 Points that can be earned on any single purchase. 
  4. Points cannot be earned on: 
    1. Gift card purchases 
    2. Merchandise purchases 
    3. Taxes, tips, or delivery fees 
    4. Discounted items or purchases made using rewards 
    5. Refunded or returned items
    6. Third-party delivery platforms
    7. Purchases made as a guest (i.e., without being signed into your Member account) may not be eligible for Points. 
  5. Points may be earned by: 
    1. Automatically through online orders when logged into your Cousins Club Program account 
    2. Scanning the QR code in the mobile app at time of purchase 
    3. Providing your registered phone number at checkout 
    4. Scanning a valid receipt barcode within seven (7) days of purchase 
  6. Valid receipts for scanning must be: 
    1. From the Member's own purchases (Members cannot scan receipts from other individuals) 
    2. Scanned within seven (7) days of the purchase date 
    3. From qualifying food purchases at Cousins Subs locations 
    4. Have a clear, readable barcode 
    5. Have not been previously scanned for Points 
  7. Points will typically appear in your account within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of purchase. 
  8. Cousins reserves the right to audit accounts and reverse Points earned through fraudulent or invalid transactions. 

POINT EXPIRATION

  1. Points earned after the Program update launch date will expire twelve (12) months from the date they were earned. 
  2. Existing Point balances earned prior to the Program update on (11/18/25) will not expire under the new expiration policy. 
  3. Rewards will expire after one (1) year of account inactivity. Account activity is defined as earning Points through qualifying purchases or redeeming rewards. 
  4. Each Member of the Program is responsible for monitoring its own Point and reward expiration dates. 

REWARDS & REDEMPTION

  1. Members accumulate Points to earn rewards based on the current rewards structure. The number, type and frequency of offers are at Cousins sole discretion and are subject to change without notice. 
  2. Available rewards will be displayed in the Member's account on the mobile app or website. 
  3. Only one (1) reward or one (1) coupon or promotion may be redeemed per transaction. 
  4. There is a four (4) hour waiting period between reward redemptions. Members must wait at least four (4) hours after redeeming a reward before they can redeem another reward. 
  5. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. 
  6. Special rewards, including birthday offers, are subject to additional terms: 
    1. Birthday rewards require at least one (1) qualified purchase/check-in on the account 
    2. Birthday rewards will be communicated at the time of issuance 
  7. For swag credit rewards (gift cards), an online code will be sent to the Member within five (5) to seven (7) business days after redemption. 
  8. For party bundle rewards, fulfillment will be coordinated with the Member within seven (7) business days after redemption. 
  9. Rewards must be redeemed at participating Cousins Subs locations only. 
  10. Technical issues preventing reward redemption should be reported immediately to customer service. 
  11. Members may exchange Points for discounts at the rates specified in the current Program structure. 

REFERRAL PROGRAM

  1. Members may refer friends and family to join Cousins Club Program through the referral program which incentivizes Members to refer others to join the Program. 
  2. The referring Member will receive rewards when the new Member completes their first qualifying purchase. 
  3. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be delayed or denied if fraudulent activity is suspected. 
  4. Self-referrals and referrals to family members living in the same household may be limited. 

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

  1. Members may not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate activities including but not limited to: 
    1. Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information 
    2. Sharing account credentials with others 
    3. Manipulating Point earning through false purchases or invalid transactions 
    4. Sale, barter, auction, or transfer of account access, Points, or rewards 
    5. Scanning receipts from other individuals' purchases 
    6. Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Program 
    7. Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system 
    8. Any other activity that Cousins deems to constitute fraud or abuse of the Program 
  2. Abuse of the Program, unauthorized or fraudulent use of or tampering with the Program, failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, the sale or barter of Points, or other improper conduct as determined by Cousins , in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the Member's account without notice and future disqualification from Program participation and forfeiture of all Points accrued. Program Points and rewards are subject to applicable government regulations and are void where prohibited by law. 
  3. Cousins reserves the right to investigate suspicious account activity, including but not limited to reviewing purchase patterns, device information, and location data. 
  4. Members found to be selling, bartering, auctioning, or otherwise transferring Program benefits may be subject to immediate termination and potential legal action. 

PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS

  1. Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Location information may be collected through the mobile app to provide nearby restaurant information and enhance your experience. Location sharing is optional and can be disabled in device settings. 
  3. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive communications regarding your account, rewards, and promotions via email, push notifications, text messages, or other methods. 
  4. You may opt out of promotional communications while maintaining your account by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting customer service
  5. Account-related communications (such as Point balances and reward notifications) cannot be disabled. 

TECHNICAL ISSUES & LIMITATIONS

  1. Cousins is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions. 
  2. Mobile app functionality may vary depending on the device and operating system. 
  3. Members are responsible for maintaining current app versions and compatible devices. 
  4. Cousins will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. 

PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

  1. Cousins reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, including but not limited to, the number of Points earned, the Point redemption values, the rewards offered, and the these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. In the event of Program termination, Cousins may, at its discretion, allow Members to redeem outstanding valid Points or rewards for a limited time. Any unredeemed Points or rewards may be cancelled upon termination. 
  2. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 
  3. Upon Program termination or modification, Cousins will make reasonable efforts to honor existing Points and rewards but is not obligated to do so. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree that any past, present, or future claim, controversy or dispute (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) you may have at law or in equity against Cousins, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated entities, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the “Cousins Subs Entities”) arising in whole or in part out of or related in any way to the Cousins Club, the text messaging program, Points or reward, transactions that result in the earning or redemption of Points, your participation in the Cousins Club Program, these Terms and Conditions or the scope or applicability of this agreement or arbitrate (each, a “Cousins Club Dispute”) will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in this section. 

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights and will have a substantial impact on how Cousins Club Disputes are resolved. You agree that whenever you have a Cousins Club Dispute, you will send a written notice to Cousins (“Demand”). You agree that the requirements of this paragraph will apply even to disputes that may have arisen before you accepted these Cousins Club Terms and Conditions. You must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address"): Cousins Club Legal Disputes, N83 W13400 Leon Road, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. You agree that you will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until ten (10) business days after you send a Demand. If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to your satisfaction within such ten (10) business days, the Cousins Club Dispute (1) will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the AAA Consumer-Related Disputes Supplementary Procedure effective September 15, 2005 (as may be amended) and as modified by the agreement to arbitrate in this paragraph; (2) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16 and the FAA applies in all cases, governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration rules and arbitration proceedings and, to the maximum extent under applicable law, shall preempt applicable of state laws regarding arbitration, including without limitation, provisions of the California Arbitration Act governing the payment, or shifting, of fees or costs of arbitration and the availability of discovery,;(3) the arbitration shall be held in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; (4) the arbitrator's decision shall be controlled by the Cousins Club Terms and Conditions and any other agreements referenced herein that the applicable user may have entered into; the arbitrator shall apply Delaware law, without regard to its choice of law or conflict of law rules or principles that would result in applying the law of any other jurisdiction, consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (6) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only your and/or the applicable Cousins Subs Entity’s individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (7) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against you or any Cousins Subs Entity; (8) if you are unable to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the cost of litigation, Cousins or its designee will pay as much or your filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (9) with the exception of subpart (6) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of AAA , then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed  in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, enforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (6) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this Arbitration Provision shall be null and void, and neither you nor the affected Cousins Subs Entity shall be required to arbitrate their dispute. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable or unwilling to conduct the arbitration, you may file a case with any national arbitration company that will honor the requirements set forth above.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COUSINS SUBS ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE COUSINS CLUB PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE COUSINS SUBS ENTITIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITIATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF A COUSINS CLUB MEMBER PROVES THAT COUSINS HAS IMPROPERLY DENIED SUCH MEMBER ANY REWARD, THEN THE PARTICIPANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE TO RECIEVE THE EQUIVALENT REWARD. PARTICIPANTS IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. 

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE COUSINS CLUB PROGRAM, EACH MEMBER AGREES THAT ANY LEGAL, EQUITABLE OR OTHER CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART OF OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE COUSINS CLUB PROGRAM MUST BE SERVED AND FILED WITH ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURANCE OF THE ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIMOR ACTION IS BASED. EACH MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THIS ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS PERIOD IS NOT SUBJECT TO TOLLING AND MAY BE SHORTER THAN THE DEFAULT STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE APPLY. AFTER SUCH ONE (1) YEAR PERIOD, THE AFFECTED CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION WILL BE DEEMED WAIVED, AND THE ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR MISSION UPON WHICH THE AFFECTED CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED SHALL BE DEEMED INCONTESTABLE. 

FORCE MAJEURE 

Cousins is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, acts of God, war, hostilities, or terrorism, epidemics or pandemics, cybersecurity incidents or technical failures. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, app content, promotional materials, and the Cousins Club name, are the property of Cousins and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
