Elias Silva Jr. and Tracy Silva Are the Proud New Owners of the Cousins Subs in East Troy, Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 9, 2020) – Cousins Subs today announced that Silva Subs, LLC, owned by Elias Silva Jr. and Tracy Silva, is the proud new owner of the Cousins Subs restaurant in East Troy, Wisconsin. The restaurant is the second Cousins Subs location owned and operated by the franchise partners who also run the restaurant in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

The 1,875 square-foot Cousins Subs restaurant, which seats 30, offers online ordering and delivery and features a grill to prepare the brand’s grilled to order sandwiches. The restaurant was purchased from Tracy Loughney and Jenny Schahczinski who owned and operated the location for 11 years.
