MILWAUKEE (Nov. 22, 2016)Cousins Subs® introduces enhanced mobile ordering app to improve user experience.

The updated app, which is now live for both iOS and Android devices, offers increased functionality, bold graphical features and a modernized design that aligns with Cousins new branding elements.

“At Cousins, our priority is our guests and the experience they have at our restaurants both in-store and online. We consistently look for ways to better that experience and that includes an investment in technology,” said Justin McCoy, vp of marketing at Cousins Subs. “As the digital landscape continues to evolve, we must evaluate and work to meet consumer demands. The improvements to our mobile app are just some of the investments we are making to stay ahead of the evolution.”

When users update the Cousins mobile app through the Apple or Google Play app stores, they will have access to the following new features:
• Updated user interface
• Restaurant location attributes and filter by feature (Grill, Fryer, Delivery, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Favorite / Unfavorite locations
• Ability to transfer basket between different locations while ordering
• Ability to find locations by map
• Stability and usability improvement

In June 2014, Cousins rolled out a new online ordering system and mobile app with features that allow guests to find a restaurant based on their current location, browse menu and catering options, pay for their order via the app and provide feedback about their dining experience.

“In addition to our system’s user-friendly interface, a guest ordering feature is also integrated, meaning users aren’t forced to log in to place an order,” said McCoy. “Our frequent customers have the option to create an online ordering account that allows them to save their favorite stores and orders as well as credit card information—equaling a quick ordering process time and time again.”

To ensure the mobile app is as fast and easy-to-use as possible, Cousins works with Olo, a best-in-class provider of online and mobile ordering for the restaurant industry.
