COUSINS SUBS® IN APPLETON, WISCONSIN, IS NOW A CORPORATE-OWNED RESTAURANT

MILWAUKEE (June 17, 2022) – Cousins Subs® announced the restaurant in Appleton, Wis. is now a corporate-owned location. The restaurant was purchased from franchise partner Kim Seidler, who owned the location since January 2003. It is the 44th location owned by Cousins Submarines, Inc. of the brand’s nearly 100 restaurants in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.

The 1,190 square-foot location offers seating for 50 guests and encompasses the brand’s signature ‘Milwaukee Sub Shop’ look, complete with natural wood, stone and metal accents, décor that promotes Cousins Subs’ cuisine philosophy, rich history and commitment to its communities through its Make It Better Foundation.

In recent years, Cousins Subs has expanded their footprint by more than doubling their corporate-owned unit count to 44 locations through acquisitions of existing units over the past several years.

Just this year, Cousins Subs corporate acquired two franchise stores in Sussex and Appleton and opened three free-standing drive-thru locations outside of the Milwaukee area in Green Bay and Sheboygan. A fourth free-standing location in Stevens Point is set to open later this year.
