Let’s face it. Training is key to running a successful business. That’s why ours is so demanding. Our 21-day training program combines classroom time at our corporate headquarters with hands-on learning at a certified training location. Of course, we can adjust our schedule to fit yours. Once you open, you’ll also get 10 days of in-store support. Because we stress ongoing training, we can keep you on top of your game. We also provide procedural updates, DVDs, checklists and customized training sessions. Compare this to the “one week and good luck to ya” approach that some of our competitors take. Through the course of this training program, we will provide you with manuals and training materials that will be used to assist with the successful operation of your store. These resources – developed through years of experience, and kept constantly updated by our training department – will aid you in virtually every aspect of the day-to-day operations of your business. We will train up to 4 persons at no additional charge.
We will also send a certified training representative to your store at least 2 days prior to opening to assist with conducting on-site training sessions for your staff on the day-to-day operations of your store. You will also have a certified trainer on-site for 10 days within the first 30 days of opening to further assist with training you or your staff.
