Cousins Subs Promotes Espich to Manager of Franchise Sales and Recruitment

Menomonee Falls, WI – Cousins Subs Systems Inc. recently promoted Kerry Espich to manager of franchise sales and recruitment. She is responsible for leads generation, franchise advertisement and the sale of franchises to enhance company profitability.

"She is an integral part of the company’s strategic growth as Cousins Subs looks to expand territories to serve demand for our product in Wisconsin and beyond."

Espich previously served as a recruiter and employment coordinator for Cousins Subs where she was responsible for recruiting and hiring management personnel for 40 corporately-owned stores. She also coordinated job fairs, managed referrals and recruiting reporting.

Prior to joining Cousins Subs, Espich served as a district recruiter for Target Corp. in Wisconsin, and recruiting supervisor and branch manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Wisconsin.

Espich is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee where she received a bachelor’s degree in communications.
