Training & Support


At the end of the day, a franchise can only be as successful as the training it provides to its franchisees. That’s why we make sure that each franchisee has the training they need to operate smartly. Our training is designed to quickly and easily get you up and running. It includes a 21-day program that combines classroom time at our corporate headquarters with hands-on learning at a certified training location, integrating everything you need for successful operations. 

Then, at least two days prior to opening, a certified training representative will come to your store to assist with conducting on-site training for your staff on the day-to-day operations of your store, so that everyone can operate efficiently to generate the most profit. 

You’ll also have a certified trainer on site for 10 days within the first 30 days of opening to further assist with training your staff, so you can start your store off with the best practices in place for success. 

And because we know ongoing training is important to keep you at the top of your game, we provide procedural updates, DVDs, checklists and customized training sessions. You’ll get manuals and training materials you can use to assist with the successful operation of your stores – developed through years of experience and updated regularly by our training department to ensure relevance – to aid you in virtually every aspect of the day-to-day operations of your business.
