1. Get Started

Taking the first step is easy!
Just go to the "TELL ME MORE!" page and complete a few simple questions. This will allow you to access additional franchise information and notify our franchise team of your interest.

A franchise representative will attempt to contact you shortly thereafter.

2. Explore our brand

Please read the information provided on this site. The FRANCHISE FAQs page will provide answers to some of the most commonly asked questions and may prompt a few more that you can discuss with your franchise representative.

3. Submit Qualification Form

After our initial phone conversation where we’ll tell you more about our system, we’ll ask you to submit a QUALIFICATION FORM. Completing the confidential form provides us with a detailed history of your work experience and financial status. However, it does not obligate you to purchase a franchise.

4. In-Depth Review

We’ll provide you with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to review. The FDD contains detailed information you need to know about our system. It will also provide contact information for our existing franchise owners. We encourage you to talk to a few of them directly.

5. Sit Down With Us 

We’ll want to discuss your qualifications and plans for running your business. We will also review the main points of the FDD and answer any related questions you may have. We promise a candid and helpful conversation.

6. Attend Discovery Day (optional) 

While you’re weighing all the information, you might consider paying us a visit. We regularly host DISCOVERY DAY events at our corporate office. You are not required to attend, but it’s a great way to get an overview of our entire operation and learn about all the resources available to you. This is the perfect time to to get answers to any remaining questions and shake hands with the people who will support you in your business.

7. Make Your Decision 

Once you’ve made the decision to move forward, you’ll be asked to provide a short letter of intent. This document will summarize your basic operations plan and confirm your intent to execute the franchise agreement.

8. Franchise Awarded 

After you’ve completed all the previous steps, Cousins Subs will  award you a franchise. Once the initial franchise fee is paid and the necessary documentation is executed, you will be an official
member of the Cousins Subs Family!.
