MESA COUSINS SUBS® RESTAURANT TO PARTICIPATE IN FOOD DRIVE

- Participating guests will receive a free 7½-inch sub with qualified donation -

MESA, Arizona (May 20, 2013) –The Cousins Subs® restaurant at 1823 S. Greenfield Road in Mesa is participating in a food drive to benefit the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance.  The food drive will take place Saturday, June 1st through Saturday, June 15th.  

Guests who donate four or more non-perishable, non-expired food items will receive a free 7½-inch sub (valid with the purchase of a large beverage). *

“We have been amazed at the community’s support of our restaurant since opening in January,” said Len Martinson, storeowner, Cousins Subs. “Ending hunger is one of Cousins Subs’ Make It Better Foundation’s goals. St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance has played such a significant role in the community for so many years, we’re grateful to work with them to help achieve their mission.”

St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, the world’s first food bank, is a non-sectarian, nonprofit organization that alleviates hunger by efficiently gathering and distributing food to the hungry.
